What You’ll Do
* Own all core finance operations: accounting, controlling, payroll, and transactional finance
* Lead planning, budgeting, and cost control to fuel smart decision-making
* Prepare financial reports and insights for leadership
* Ensure compliance with SOX, IFRS, and German GAAP (HGB)
* Manage liquidity, cash flow, and treasury
* Coordinate audits and external partners
* Drive ERP upgrades (MS Dynamics 365 BC) and process improvements
* Mentor a skilled finance team and foster a culture of efficiency
What You Bring
* Certified Bilanzbuchhalter or equivalent international qualification
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
* Fluent in German and English
* Deep knowledge of IFRS and HGB
* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC and Excel
* 7+ years in accounting/controlling, ideally in industrial/manufacturing settings
* Proven team leadership and process optimization skills
