As we continue to expand across Europe, we are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Technical Trainer to help develop and empower our partner network across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with distributors, system integrators, customers, and internal teams, delivering engaging training programs that drive technical excellence and support business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver technical product, solution, and certification training to partners, customers, and internal teams.
• Lead classroom sessions, workshops, webinars, roadshows, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Prepare partners for certification programmes and support their ongoing technical development.
• Create and enhance training materials, recorded content, and knowledge resources.
• Support product launches and strategic initiatives through targeted enablement activities.
• Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and the European Training team.
• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve the learning experience.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in technical training, pre-sales, technical support, consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Knowledge of video surveillance, physical security, IP networking, IT infrastructure, access control, VMS platforms, or related technologies.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience delivering training to partners, distributors, system integrators, or customers.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including switching, routing, VLANs, PoE, and cybersecurity.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the DACH region.
