We are seeking aSeniorBizAppsAdvisory Manager to lead strategic engagements and help clients maximize the business value of Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor at the executive level, shaping transformation strategies and connecting ERP capabilities to measurable outcomes. Beyond client delivery, you will develop new offerings and frameworks that strengthen our advisory practice and set industry benchmarks.
KeyResponsibilities
1. Client value mindset: Assume the client’s position in defining the best solution, understanding businesschallengesand value levers.
2. Strategic Advisory: Engage with senior client stakeholders to define Dynamics 365-driven, AI-enabled business transformation strategies.
3. Value Mapping: Translate complex businessobjectivesinto actionable business solutions that deliver ROI.
4. Solution Leadership: Recommendoptimalconfigurations and guide customizations or integrations for unique client needs.
5. Business Process Management: Analyze andoptimizebusiness processes using established process management tools for BPMN compliant documentation. Familiarity with process mining to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities is a plus.
6. Offering Development: Design and launch new advisory services, methodologies, and accelerators for Dynamics 365 value realization.
7. Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry insights and best practices for Dynamics 365 adoption.
8. Mentorship: Coach junior consultants and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
