Act as a trusted business partner to clinic leaders and senior stakeholders, advising on talent needs, organizational design, and labour market conditions. Lead and coach a small regional TA team, setting clear priorities, ensuring service delivery, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture. Workforce Planning & Data Analytics Partner with operations, workforce planning, and finance to align hiring plans with business forecasts and clinic growth plans. Use data and analytics to drive decisions around sourcing channels, cost per hire, pipeline health, and time-to-fill. Present recruitment insights and trends to leadership and proactively recommend improvements or interventions. Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage complex and senior-level requisitions while overseeing the execution of hiring across 10–25 open roles at any given time. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define needs, clarify requirements, and set recruitment timelines. Source candidates through a variety of channels—job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, and veterinary networks. Screen candidates, lead interviews, support offer negotiations, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. Early Talent & Industry Engagement Build partnerships with universities, veterinary schools, and training institutions to create strong early talent pipelines. Represent AniCura and Linnaeus at industry congresses, university events, and job fairs to elevate brand visibility and connect with talent. Support internships, graduate programs, and scholarships in partnership with local leaders and P&O. Employer Branding & EVP Activation Activate and promote AniCura and Linnaeus ’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP), showcasing purpose, growth, flexibility, and care-first culture. Work with marketing to localize messaging, highlight real associate stories, and design campaigns that resonate with local talent markets. Process Governance & Compliance Ensure consistent execution of recruitment policies, templates, and processes in partnership with the global TA CoE. Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS and uphold GDPR and labour law compliance.
