About the Role
You’ll support German-speaking Dyson customers and help them get the most out of their products — from troubleshooting to guiding them through features and repairs. No need to be a tech genius from day one; you’ll get full training.
Your Daily Tasks Will Include:
* Handling calls, messages and emails from Dyson users
* Helping with product questions, troubleshooting and usage tips
* Processing warranties, repairs, and replacements
* Recommending products based on customer needs
* Ensuring customers have a smooth, positive experience
* Collaborating with a professional, international team
Requirements
What You Need:
* Strong communication skills in German and English
* A detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
* Ability to stay calm when things don’t go as planned
* Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
