We are seeking a skilled Digital Experience Specialist to join our team.
Job Description
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives and leveraging AI tools to enhance customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective digital strategies, ensuring seamless campaign execution and optimization of customer journeys.
Your primary objective will be to take ownership of our Salesforce CRM platform, developing and implementing workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports that meet the needs of both marketing and sales teams. You will also collaborate with sales teams to optimize lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
In addition, you will support the setup and execution of automated email workflows, newsletters, and customer journeys, working closely with the marketing team to align digital activities with campaign goals. You will also evaluate and propose tools and technologies that improve our digital presence and marketing efficiency.
