For our office in Hanau, we are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator!
In the role of Supply Chain Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for all inbound related queries internally/externally
Placement of Purchase Orders
Tracking of Purchase order status until Receipt – via factories / sourcing partners and in transit
Arrangement and approval of inbound freight via sea / air incl. consolidation of shipments into full containers
Monitoring of vessel schedules
Maintaining PO data incl. regular sanity checks of ERP vs supplier confirmations and vessel schedules.
Control of shipment related documents
Follow up on deviations
Inbound Planning for our 3PL warehouse
Distribution of documents to our warehouse and customs agent

Who are we looking for?
Do you have a hands-on mentality, set clear priorities and goals, are you proactive and open to (sporting) challenges and communicative? Then you are the right person!
What do we ask?
Ideally educated in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) in inbound planning / PO administration and international freight
Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills in English and German is a must
Proficient in using logistics management software and tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a calm and detailed manner
Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Outlook and Excel
