Controlling Manager (m/f)
Located in Bissen / Luxembourg
Your responsibilities would include:
* Leading and guiding IEE’s Controlling teams across all regions (Europe, Asia, Mexico)
* Coordinating budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while ensuring consistency, transparency, and strategic alignment
* Driving performance analysis, management reporting, and variance analysis
* Submitting recurring/non-recurring ad-hoc reports in a timely manner
* Partnering with business unit leaders and operational teams to improve financial performance
* Supporting monthly closing
* Contributing to financial consolidation and external audit preparation in collaboration with the Finance team
* Implementing and enhancing internal processes and procedures, controlling tools, KPIs, and digital reporting solutions
* Responsible for R&D projects accounting treatment and respective revenue recognition
You would need to meet the following requirements:
* A university degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an international manufacturing/industrial company or auditing firm (with exposure to industrial customers)
* Strong knowledge of all relevant controlling concepts
* Solid understanding of IFRS accounting principles, particularly within an engineering and manufacturing context
* Solid understanding of consolidation principles and intercompany processes
* Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
* A good knowledge of the SAP FI-CO module, good knowledge of BI tools is considered a strong asset
* Key skills:
* Ability to work autonomously, pro-actively and quality driven
* Strong commitment to deliver cross-business support
* Strong analytical and communication skills with problem-solving mindset
* Fluency in English is mandatory, any other language will be considered an asset
