Job Description
* Planning and organising consumer tests
* Conducting and monitoring/ supervising consumer tests
* Preparing products in accordance with standardized specifications and guidelines
* Planning the deployment of external assistants for test implementation
* Recruiting and training new assistants
* Checking the hygiene status of the premises
* Maintaining office equipment and test premises
* Procuring materials, product purchase and reception
* Data entry and data verification
* Various administrative tasks, e.g. regularly checking material stocks, maintaining inventory lists, booking travel
* Preparing internal meetings and customer visits
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English language
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to adapt to changes in real-time and meet timelines
* Agile mindset and problem-solving attitude
* Confident handling of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
* Committed, team-orientated and resilient
* Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
