Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Support HR Business Partners with daily operations and staff queries by conducting recruitment processes, including preparing and publishing job advertisements, analysing applications, and liaising with hiring managers.
* Establish employment contracts and manage the onboarding of new joiners.
* Ensure administrative follow-up of employees' files, including start dates, trial periods, transfers, and departures.
* Act as the primary point of contact for employees.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Three to five years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR function, preferably in an international environment.
* Knowledge of Luxembourg labour law and a background in the financial sector.
* Proactivity, ability to navigate complex environments, and excellent organisational skills.
* Strong customer service skills, keen sense of empathy, and excellent communication skills.
* MBTI or Insight MDI certification, or willingness to achieve certification.
* Excellent command of English and French, knowledge of German a real asset.
* Skilled user of standard MS Office applications.
* Absolute discretion and awareness of the need to respect confidentiality.
