<p>As PAY Consultant DACH at HRS, your mission is to drive enterprise customer adoption of HRS PAY solutions by acting as the commercial and consultative bridge between customer Finance, IT, Procurement, and internal commercial teams. </p>

</div><div><p><strong>Enterprise Solution Consulting & Commercial Support </strong></p>

<li>Support enterprise sales cycles by positioning HRS PAY solutions to Finance, Procurement, and IT stakeholders. </li>
<li>Lead customer discussions around payment automation, reconciliation workflows, ERP integrations, and finance process optimization and B2B payment workflows including virtual card (vCC) processes. </li>
<li>Translate customer business requirements into scalable commercial solution concepts together with Product and Implementation teams. </li>
<li>Act as the trusted advisor during pre-sales and solution validation phases. </li>
<li>Develop ROI-driven value propositions focused on automation, compliance, scalability, and operational efficiency. </li>

<p><strong>Payment & ERP Ecosystem Enablement </strong></p>

<li>Work with enterprise finance ecosystems including SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Concur, SAP Ariba, and related platforms. </li>
<li>Coordinate with issuers, banking partners, Travel Management Companies, and implementation teams to ensure smooth solution alignment. </li>
<li>Support multi-market rollout planning and implementation readiness. </li>
<li>Ensure customer requirements around reconciliation, payment flows, and finance operations are reflected in the proposed solution setup. </li>
<li>Stakeholder Management </li>
<li>Build trusted relationships with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and IT stakeholders within enterprise organizations. </li>
<li>Align internal commercial, product, and delivery teams around customer requirements and solution feasibility. </li>
<li>Support complex enterprise opportunities and strategic customer discussions throughout the deal cycle. </li>

<li>5+ years of experience in payment solutions, ERP consulting, finance transformation consulting, enterprise SaaS solution consulting, or related enterprise finance environments </li>
<li>Strong understanding of enterprise finance and accounting processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), reconciliation workflows, payment flows, finance process automation, B2B payment automation processes and virtual card (vCC) workflows are considered a strong plus <br>Ability to engage credibly with both Finance and IT stakeholders. </li>
<li>Experience supporting enterprise customers in complex B2B environments. </li>
<li>Knowledge of ERP and finance ecosystems such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Concur, or related platforms. </li>
<li>Strong consultative, stakeholder management, and communication skills. </li>
<li>Commercial mindset with the ability to support enterprise deal conversion and customer adoption. </li>
<li>Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach. </li>
<li>Fluent <strong>German</strong> (spoken and written) is mandatory. </li>
