Your responsibilities
For the Trading IT ETRM Platform and Operations Team we are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure and System Operations Analyst joining the team for business critical ETRM applications
1. Work as IT Cloud Infrastructure Specialist in an integrated international team and be support the IT operation of cloud-based Application infrastructure for critical ETRM Applications
2. Work on continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure operations of the Application landscape and aligning 3rd Party Vendors, internal and external Teams
3. Use modern tools for operational monitoring and further optimize the IT infrastructure of the ETRM cloud instances
4. Help keeping system documentation updated (Security Concepts, DR Concepts etc.)
5. Support the execution of DR, Security Table Top, Pen-Testing activities.
6. Identifies operational infrastructure related problems by observing and studying the functioning and performance of systems
7. Develops operational solutions by defining, studying, procedures and processes to be followed from the internal and external team
8. Supports System Audit activities
9. Applies incident, problem, change, knowledge, access, release and deployment management in day-to-day work, and contributes to their improvement
Your profile
10. At least 1-2 years of professional experience in similar roles like Application Management, IT Operations Analyst, ETRM Analyst
11. Experienced with cloud (in particular Azure) based application operations and cloud-based environments
12. Experienced with working in an internal environment with external Service Providers and staff
13. Broad & deep knowledge of end-to-end IT application support process, solid operational experience in application support/issue/Incident handling
14. Knowledge of IT operations incl. ITIL
15. Excellent analytical skills to create holistic understanding of a problem end-to-end
16. Logical thinker, able to own, investigate and resolve problems and incidents issues, resourceful and creative with the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
17. Ability to work both independently and within an agile team in combination with the strong desire to accept responsibility
18. Strong analytical and structured way of thinking, high organizational skills with the ability to present complex topics targeted to the audience
19. Experience in Trading IT and good understanding of ETRM systems such as ION OpenLink is a plus
20. Fluency in English is essential; further language skills are advantageous.
