About the Role: As a Sales Executive focused on developing new business and managing existing business, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue for the business, a dynamic hospitality technology company. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing sales opportunities within the German market, primarily through outbound phone calls and inbound lead follow-ups. Your ability to understand customer needs and tailor the solutions will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting: Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients within the German hospitality industry. Needs Assessment: Understand the unique challenges and goals of prospective customers to identify opportunities for all products. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations via phone and video conferencing. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals and contract signature. Data Management: Accurately track and update customer information in the CRM. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and onboarding teams to achieve company objectives. Qualifications: Fluency in German: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German. Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in phone sales or a similar role. Ideally in the Hospitality or Travel industry selling Technical solutions. Proven Track Record: A history of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively.
