Our mission: Within the Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) organization, we take responsibility for design transfer and process improvement projects. In addition, we support small and large investment projects and drive the introduction of new technologies within production.
We work in a team of 9 employees and a group leader in the Design Transfer and Product Care department. The team takes over and establishes manufacturing processes for new chemical input materials in production and handles troubleshooting and optimization projects. We work together with commitment and enjoyment on a wide range of organic molecules from small to large scale for a variety of different applications. This means that our day-to-day work is always very varied and diverse. Interface between research and development, parts of the project are processed in America.

Your tasks
- Development and troubleshooting
- Adoption of new production processes and products from RnD
- Collaboration in higher-level troubleshooting
- Establishment of new synthesis and purification processes
- Implementation, adaptation and testing of production processes
Production and analytics:
- Provision of technical expertise in the preparation of regulations
- Compliance with safety guidelines
- Compliance with the requirements of the QM system applicable to the development of products and processes and other regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA, USDA).
Your profile
Must Have:
- Completed studies in organic chemistry or several years of experience in the relevant production environment
- Hands-on experience in preparative organic chemistry
- Experience with purification technologies and analytical methods (esp. HPLC)
- Experience in scale-up of chemical reactions desirable
- Practical experience in a GxP-regulated environment desirable
- Business fluent in German and English
