Technical Sales / Sales Engineer (m/f/d) in the field service
Become part of out team in the Machine Tool Systems Business Unit as a Technical Sales / Sales Engineer (m/f/d) for the Eastern Germany sales territory. Sector: Position-measuring systems and monitoring applications in the machining industry
Your tasks – varied and technically challenging
* New customer acquisition and cold calling, as well as development of OEMs and end customers in the metal industry in the sales area of MARPOSS GmbH with a focus on Eastern Germany
* Support of key customers in the entire territory of Marposs GmbH (D, A, CZ)
* Support/expansion of an existing customer base in the sales territory of MARPOSS GmbH
* Conducting sales talks and technical consultations until the sale is closed
* Carrying out market and competition analyses
* Close co-operation with product management, internal sales and project planning
* Preparation and processing of quotations, orders and specifications
* Carrying out sales promotion measures, such as trade fairs, training courses and presentations
Your profile – technically skilled and customer-oriented
* Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology or training as a master craftsman or technician with professional experience
* Several years of sales experience - preferably in the field of machine tools or machining technology
* Confident handling of MS Office
* Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
* Strong analytical thinking, ability to work in a team and initiative
* Competent appearance as well as a high degree of customer orientation and negotiating skills
* High willingness to travel (primarily Eastern Germany), driving licence class B
* Ideally, you should live in Eastern Germany
