About This Role
This is a unique opportunity to work as a Client Account Manager in a dynamic and diversified team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring high-quality service delivery and anticipating client feedback.
2. Maintaining open lines of communication with clients and staying informed about their needs.
3. Providing bottom-up information to management regarding potential issues with client relationships or service quality.
4. Preparing and presenting Key Performance Indicators to evaluate service quality.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong understanding of the Fund Industry, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
* Experience in fund accounting is an advantage.
You will be working in a value-driven environment that prioritizes autonomy, availability, and flexibility. You should have strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to generate engagement and propose initiatives for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess good editorial capabilities, a client-focused orientation, and fluency in English and French. Italian and/or Spanish are considered advantages.
