We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Sales & Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our consulting services. If you are a self-starter with a deep network in the German startup ecosystem and a passion for consulting, we want to talk to you.
Design and implement a scalable sales strategy to sell our consulting services to startups and established players irrespective of industry.
Lead Generation & Outbound: Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, Warm Calling) to build a healthy pipeline.
Closing & Conversion: Lead discovery calls, present our value proposition, and manage the entire sales process through to signing.
Ecosystem Networking: Leverage your existing network - specifically within the Berlin startup scene - to open doors and build long-term partnerships.
Experience: 3+ years in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, ideally within the consulting or professional services sector.

Native or C2-level German is essential, with high proficiency in English.
