What you bring to the table
* A successfully completed degree in computer science, natural sciences, or a comparable technical field is required
* Several years of management and professional experience in software development (at least 4 years) – ideally in agile environments
* In-depth knowledge of at least two programming languages and relational databases
* Practical experience with Symfony and/or React
* You enjoy developing and are characterized by team spirit and quality awareness
* Very good German skills (C1), team spirit, and desire to work on site in the office
Your tasks will include
* Technical and disciplinary management of a team of developers
* Continuous development of your employees through cooperative leadership
* You will shape the technical specifications for sustainable conventions and architectures in the management team
* You will develop and design processes and their automation
* The development of new features and the further development of existing features with high quality and speed of implementation
* Optimization, scaling, and further development of the overall architecture of your area
* You will assume overall responsibility for the IT systems in your area (software, servers, availability)
