Your seat to fill:
1. Maintain and regularly review asset lists to ensure all information is accurate and up to date
2. Upload and manage digital assets within our internal systems
3. Maintain and enrich asset metadata and attributes to support efficient content management
4. Prepare curated image selections tailored to customer needs
5. Collaborate with different departments to align and coordinate content
6. Support the team with daily operational tasks and ongoing projects
7. Ensure high quality, consistency, and accuracy of all asset data
8. Build and continuously expand your knowledge of our products

9. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
10. Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
11. Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
12. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
13. Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus
14. A proactive, hands-on team player with a collaborative and supportive mindset
