Senior Business Analyst Controlling
Key responsibilities:
* Business process management/consultancy, application configuration, development, and customization in SAP CO/Record-to-Report and SAP PS
* Analyze business processes and develop solution proposals in close collaboration with global functions and Business Process Owners
* Strong business consultancy and advisory skills to ensure a future-proof setup of a new template - on our way to S/4 HANA
* Responsibility for the implementation / customization and ongoing support of the SAP CO and SAP PS module
* Built/increased skills on new technologies / SAP solutions to support existing and future architecture/lifecycle projects and programs (SAP S/4 HANA, others) by using state-of-the-art technology (BTP, InApp extensibility, CDS views, Fiori UI, etc.).
* Work with internal team members and external implementation partners to define and describe the best functional and technical fit
* Leading workshops and trainings (transfer of the process knowledge to other teammates and business users)
* Project management for business-related projects
You bring these skills, experience & education
* Degree in business informatics or business administration or alternatively, relevant years of comparable professional experience
* Ability to bring ideas and solutions into a structured approach
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German skills are nice to have
* Solution-oriented mentality with a high affinity for new technologies and standardization
* Professional knowledge in SAP-CO, good knowledge in SAP-PS
* SAP ERP cross-functional (FI, SD, MM) experience and SAP BW experience are desirable
* Project Management experience using established methodologies
* Knowledge in ABAP programming, typical ERP enhancements
* S/4 HANA experience (S/4 HANA and/or S/4 HANA Cloud)
* Preferred S/4HANA development skills (Fiori Launch Pad / CDS views)
