Your tasks:
1. Supporting the Senior Business Improvement Manager in his accountability to achieve time, cost, quality and performance objectives
2. Leading CapEx process (planning, consolidation, follow up, forecasting, reporting, approval management and operational planning OP) S
3. etting up efficient project management processes and methods across the initiatives to enable strong project execution and secure demonstrated performance versus targeted / planned achievements incl. function KPI management
4. Establishing a robust end-to-end planning for the project portfolio, performing its tracking in relationship with the stakeholders
5. Establishing Risk & Opportunities management to anticipate issues and risks of the project
6. Overview of all projects/initiatives running in business incl. Status, Costs, Actions, Prios, Due Dates
7. Ability to prioritize projects which are supporting the SA Ramp-Up strategy
8. Grouping, alignment and management of business cases for best and sustainable company value
9. Business Case portfolio management enables the decision making for investments and carrying them out
10. Setting up of an efficient support needed to run the Customer Line and Delivery Centre Operation
11. Support to improve current customer services and initiate new ones
12. Assist in digitalisation transformation to improve customer satisfaction
13. Assist to market the Customer Voice and Customer perception
14. Support of a meaningful reporting
Your profile:
15. Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business Administration, international management or a comparabe qualification
16. Good knowledge of Change Management, Lean Management, and Risk Management
17. Agile methods desirable
18. Skywise experience is desirable
19. Knowledge in Google Workspace
20. Fluent in German and English
