Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Team Assist HR Business Partner to join our team on a part-time basis for an 18-month period.
Responsibilities will include supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives, as well as providing expertise on labor law and regulations.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives
* Provide expert advice on labor law and regulations
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of HR initiatives
* Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partnership role
* Excellent knowledge of labor law and regulations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
