Your Responsibilities
Project Management:
1. Drive strategic initiatives and process improvement projects end-to-end with a focus on scalability and risk mitigation.
Operational Excellence:
2. Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement best practices to enhance day-to-day operations.
Support New Product Onboarding:
3. Work closely with product, tech, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operational readiness for new product launches.
Operational Testing & Readiness:
4. Design and execute robust test plans for new processes and products; identify gaps and implement enhancements.
Team Structure Development:
5. Assist the Head of Operations in designing and implementing a new team structure to support scale and efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement:
6. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Payment Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, etc.) to understand task ownership and identify opportunities for centralisation.
Data Analytics:
7. Use SQL and analytics tools to extract insights, monitor KPIs, and support data-driven decision making.
Your Profile
8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
9. 4–6+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or project management, ideally within fintech, banking, or a fast-paced tech environment.
10. Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Looker).
11. Proven experience in process optimisation, project delivery, and stakeholder management.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage and influence across levels and functions.
13. Self-starter attitude, comfortable working in ambiguity and a fast-moving environment.
