If you’ve scaled high-performing VSL funnels, know how to turn data into action, and want to lead growth for a rapidly scaling ecommerce brand — this role is for you.This is not a “media buyer” job. It’s a full-stack direct response leadership role — perfect for someone who knows how to build, scale, and optimize offers that convert. You’ll work closely with our copywriter, devs, and creative team — but ultimately, you’ll own the numbers.What You’ll Be In Charge Of-Developing and owning the testing roadmap across all paid platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Taboola, etc.)-Leading funnel strategy and execution — from idea to launch (including pre-landers, VSLs, checkout flows, upsells)-Collaborating with our copywriter to shape offer angles, hooks, and creative direction-Reviewing all major creatives (VSLs, ads, landers) before launch — giving high-level feedback and final approvals-Optimizing conversion rates, AOV, and CPA across full funnels using both quantitative data and qualitative insights-Running competitor research and funnel teardowns to inform strategy-Coordinating with devs, video editors, and designers to bring funnel assets to life-Identifying bottlenecks, scaling opportunities, and next-level growth levers on an ongoing basis-Reporting directly to the founder/CMO and working as the strategic driver behind growthCompensation & Equity:Compensation is open and will be based on your experience, skillset, and the value you bring to the table.
