With a strong and broad technology and software portfolio, comprehensive expertise and a global presence, ZEISS is the preferred partner in a wide range of industries, including electromobility, medical technology, additive manufacturing and aircraft construction.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative SAP Variant Configuration solutions to ensure seamless business processes and high-quality master data across our international operations.
1. optimize business processes: Model and implement requirements in SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC and AVC)
2. drive system integration: Visualize and streamline data flows between SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and other integrated systems
3. collaborate across functions: Work closely with international business units and the central master data team to gather requirements and design tailored solutions
4. ensure data quality: Analyze and resolve global master data inconsistencies across all IMT organizations
5. set global standards: Define and implement Master Data Management guidelines and ensure compliance within Variant Configuration processes
6. enable users worldwide: Provide global support and training for end users in Master Data and SAP Variant Configuration
* a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification
* solid expertise in SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC, AVC), ideally combined with knowledge of SAP SD processes
* strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex challenges in data modeling and integration
* initial experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
* very good command of English, additional languages are a plus
