The Cardiac Ablation Solutions Operating Unit is dedicated to the treatment of electrophysiological diseases of the heart. We offer our physician customers a comprehensive suite of products and are dedicated to leading the market with innovative cutting-edge ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and traditional electrophysiology (EP) products.
As a Market Development Representative for Cardiac Ablation Solutions in Germany, you will be responsible for driving activities to expand the market and accelerate the adoption of our electrophysiological therapies such as the Cryo ablation, PulseSelect and Affera system. This position is pivotal to expanding the market, ensuring product accelerating market adoption, driving commercial execution, and guaranteeing best-in-class product launches and market insights.
This role will cover the whole of Germany and is a remote role. This means your home/remote location is the primary work location. There may however be requirements to attend a facility for meetings from time to time.
There is a facility-based immunization requirement for this position. Therefore, full Measles immunization is a requirement to fill the open position.
 * Identify, develop, and implement near-term and long-term business strategies relating to the development of new products, technologies, services, follow-on products, and/or industries.
 * Identify markets, licensing opportunities, and determine the feasibility of business and product development.
 * Perform economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities.
 * Develop business models and determine market trends to substantiate long-term prospects.
 * Coordinate with internal departments in identifying and implementing business development projects.
 * Closely collaborate with sales, marketing, and potential as well as existing customers to determine their needs.
 * Develop and disseminate information on a continuous basis to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of project goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, marketing, or business and more than 5 years of experience in healthcare market development, business, or marketing, ideally within medical devices, electrophysiology, with a demonstrated success in driving therapy adoption and market expansion.
Proven ability to assess market opportunities, identify adoption barriers, and develop go-to-market strategies with experience leading or supporting educational initiatives, referral mapping, or awareness programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies, including sales, clinical, regulatory, and marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize clinical, competitive, and market data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills aimed at effective internal and external stakeholder engagement.
Advanced IT skills in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
Profound knowledge of Business Intelligence & CRM software (Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce).
Detail-oriented and proactive working mechanism with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
Open to travel up to 50% within Germany.
Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills tailored to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
