Hybrid Forward Role are partnering with a high‑growth, global consumer brand as they continue to accelerate their presence across Europe. Due to the growth, they’re hiring an experienced HR Manager for Central & Eastern Europe, based in Frankfurt, to take delivery of the People & Culture agenda across Germany, Poland and Norway. The Role You’ll act as the go‑to HR lead for your regions, owning everything from onboarding to complex employee relations. Lead employee relations cases end‑to‑end, ensuring compliance without slowing the business down
Proven experience in a regional HR Generalist or HR Manager role
Strong expertise in German employment law (essential)
Fluent in English and German
