Your Mission
We are looking for an Event Content & Speaker Engagement Director to join our dynamic team and curate thought‑provoking experiences and content for the Aurora Live Business Network.
Your Key Focus Areas
* Speaker Acquisition: Identify and secure top‑tier speakers from IT, Digital, and Cybersecurity as keynote speakers and panelists for our German flagship events and selected virtual content.
* Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with high‑profile speakers, aligning their expertise with the most relevant topics for our audience.
* Topic Generation & Scripting: Maintain a strong overview of current trends, hot topics, and industry pain points, and translate them into engaging session formats and discussions.
* Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Delivery & Marketing teams to align themes and speaker preferences with event objectives.
* Content Support: Support speakers in their preparation and in creating speaker narratives that ensure relevance and market resonance.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in conference production and content curation, with a proven track record in speaker acquisition targeting high‑level decision makers.
* Demonstrated success in securing senior speakers (VP/C‑level) from leading corporations or public institutions.
* Strong understanding of the German enterprise and innovation landscape, including key players in software, industrial tech, mobility, and digital transformation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects with precision and pace.
* Experience or ambition to lead people in the future.
* Genuine interest in business, technology, innovation, and strategic leadership topics.
