As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the Head of SEO(f/m/d)and drive our business forward.
What You´ll Do
* Ownership of the entire global D2C organic search, with core growth markets being DACH, US, NL, FR & Nordics
* Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic for Spreadshirt
* Lead and mentor the team of SEO specialists
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mainly brand, onsite, product and tech) to optimize website content and ensure integrated processes and prioritization of SEO initiatives among relevant stakeholders
* Lead the team in conducting keyword research, competitive analyses, and SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement
* Identification of automation potentials for internal processes and reporting
* Monitor and analyze website performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations
* Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and content trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective
What You´ll Bring
* University Degree in business administration, economics, data science, engineering, IT, marketing, or something comparable
* Extensive experience in SEO for a multi-product brand or retailer, ideally in e-commerce, with a track record of driving organic growth
* Experience at a global player with multilingual & complex websites
* Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, tech requirements, and SEO tools
* Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision maker
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Excellent team player, hands-on mentality, and a collaborative spirit
