A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week. Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment. Your tasks and responsibilities Support in the preparation of the financial statements closing e.g. in the context of the preparation of the kick-off presentation Coordination with the reporting team regarding activities along the closing process Support the implementation project of a new consolidation tool for Airbus (Consolidation of the Future) Support of the Airbus Defence and Space Division consolidation team in the execution and documentation of closing activities and internal controls Execution of individual tasks in our cross-divisional consolidation software (SAP) Improving documentation of standard consolidation entries Communication with the international teams, e.g. in the context of surveys and improvement initiatives Desired skills and qualifications Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the field of business administration with a focus on accounting or finance, or a comparable field of study Basic knowledge of accounting Optimally first knowledge in IFRS Good knowledge of MS Excel as well as Google Suite Initial experience with SAP desirable English: fluent/negotiable German/French/Spanish: desirable Please upload the following documents: cover letter, CV, relevant transcripts, enrollment certificate.
