Your Role & Mission - We're seeking a creative and driven Working Student Marketing (all genders) in Berlin or Munich to support the marketing team across content, events, and campaigns and learn how B2B SaaS marketing works from analytics to creatives. You’ll get a hands-on introduction to the world of B2B SaaS marketing while contributing directly to meaningful projects. From writing blog articles and social media posts to supporting the planning and execution of events and webinars, you’ll be a valued part of our mission to position Carbmee as a leader in climate tech. With our rapid growth, this internship could be just the beginning - a full-time role might be around the corner.

Tasks
Join us as a Working Student in Marketing and get hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup, where no two days are the same and your ideas really count:
* Write and adapt marketing content in both German and English - for our blog, website, newsletters, and social media
* Support the planning and execution of webinars and events - both virtual and on-site
* Assist with social media planning, scheduling, and reporting across our channels
* Collaborate with our designers and marketing leads to bring creative campaigns to life
* Gain exposure to the full spectrum of B2B marketing - from strategy to execution, from branding to analytics
Requirements
* You are currently enrolled in a German university with a focus on Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Comfortable working in a diverse, hybrid team, with the adaptability to navigate changing priorities and new challenges
* A proactive team player with a learning and growth mindset
* Passionate about sustainability, carbon emissions, AI and/or B2B tech in alignment with Carbmee’s mission and vision is a plus
* German language skills on a native-speaking level and fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Based in Berlin or Munich and available for 15–20 hours/week
