This is an important role in our Client Success team. The role will principally deliver insights and actionable recommendations around advertisers’ media activity, and a wide range of ad hoc and ongoing consultancy projects. The Consultant will bring media knowledge and insight to our clients, and be able to organise and present data to tell compelling stories. This role would suit someone with c. 3-5 years of experience in the media industry Key Responsibilities Deliver value-add advice to your clients across a variety of media channels. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Confidently present deliverables to clients Craft the narrative for the client presentation, using data to provide the storytelling Provide answers to the “So what?” and “Why?” questions that clients may ask Support more junior members of the Client Success team e.g. coaching, editing of deliverables Help to deliver a range of additional consultative work and local specific solutions to clients (e.g. client training; pre-flight campaign support; media agency pitch management) Stay updated regarding the competitive marketplace of the client and the media industry overall Day-to-day cooperation and interaction with clients and their agencies. Support Activation, where required, in accessing data, briefing out work and managing status of projects Provide client account management support where required e.g. assisting client leads in commercial decisions, contract renewals and client business planning. May also be involved in new business meetings Contribution to the upkeep of databases and methodology/ product changes Be integral to a positive cultural environment and strong collaboration within the Client Success team Skills, Knowledge and Expertise You are an expert media practitioner with c. 3-5 years relevant agency experience and working knowledge in digital media. You bring: Very strong digital media knowledge Strong knowledge of the local media market Media agency experience (3-5 years) in media planning, buying and activation Good track record of client delivery and at least meeting client expectations Ability to have difficult conversations with the agencies around Ebiquity’s deliverables Clear and strong communication and presentation skills Agility and flexibility to keep all internal stakeholders aware of what is happening on the accounts.
