Banking Law Expert

Responsibilities:
* Development and maintenance of professional guidelines and supporting instruments for examination procedures, focusing on KWG/CRR
* Supporting regulatory initiatives in the area of KWG/CRR, including answering technical questions
* Conceptualization of implementation support and its communication to credit unions
* Participation in committee meetings, working groups, and expert committees, both within and outside the association
* Answering questions in the context of subject matter expertise
* Identifying and formulating solutions for operational, supervisory, or legislative issues
Requirements:
* Completed studies in economics or business administration
* Several years of practical experience in examining credit institutions or in the field of banking law
* Good knowledge of the organizational structure and business orientation of banks
* Familiarity with software solutions used by the cooperative financial network is desirable
* Well-developed conceptual skills and a solution-oriented approach
Flexibility and Working Hours:
We offer flexible working hours from 6 am to 10 pm and no fixed office hours. You can also work remotely if desired.
