Develop and implement strategies for sales and service organizations, channels, or digitalization initiatives. Analyze, evaluate, and optimize customer processes, translating client requirements into end-to-end digital processes. Build digital platforms such as CRM and marketing automation to enhance organizational efficiency. Advise and support transformation processes to establish customer-centric organizations. Requirements Experience in consulting within organization, processes, and digitalization, especially in retail, manufacturing, or automotive sectors. Strong knowledge of consulting methods, process and organizational design, and sales & service tools and methods. Familiarity with CRM modules like Salesforce, Microsoft, or SAP. Experience with agile projects, requirements management, and best practices like Challenger, Lean, and ITIL. Team-oriented, solution-focused, and willing to travel as needed.
