As Business Operations Manager, you are part of the operational backbone of the company, ensuring everything runs smoothly so the team can focus and move fast. Requirements
~ University degree in Engineering Management, or a related technical or management field, or equivalent practical experience
~ Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and customer-facing work
~3+ years of experience in software development environments, including hands-on involvement with technical project management or coordination of software‑driven initiatives
~ Relevant work experience in consulting, start-up or business development
~ Hands‑on experience preparing or managing grant and funding applications, including research, writing, and documentation.
~ Practical knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost tracking
