We are seeking a strong and charismatic leader with a proven track record in leading oncology or specialty sales teams on a national level. The successful candidate will work closely with the country manager, medical affairs director, and associate director access to improve the overall success of the leadership team and achieve sales and revenue targets.
This role requires close collaboration with the commercial operations team and involves regular travel to our office. As a key member of the DACH & NL Group Country Manager's team, you will be responsible for developing a national sales strategy and implementing optimization measures.
The main task is leadership of the GER sales team to fully leverage the best-in-class product Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score in breast centers and key accounts across Germany. This includes development of a national sales strategy as a member of the DACH leadership team, implementation and optimization of KOL management and peer-to-peer education strategies, and optimization of the existing account management system in constant exchange with the sales excellence team in Zug and the DACH leadership team.
Key Responsibilities

* Develop a national sales strategy as a member of the DACH leadership team.
* Implement and optimize the KOL management and peer-to-peer education strategy.
* Optimize the existing account management system in constant exchange with the sales excellence team in Zug and the DACH leadership team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Significant pharmaceutical/diagnostics sales team management experience, ideally within oncology or specialty business.
* Strong experience and track record in selling complex products in medical oncology and/or diagnostics.
* Marketing or managed care experience is a plus.
* Self-motivated and strong business acumen.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Experienced and motivated coach – develop a team of top-performing sales experts.
