Your Responsibilities:
* Independently manage sub-projects for the electromechanical equipment of hydropower plants both domestically and internationally
* Coordinate and optimize projects in collaboration with our customers, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments
* Lead the local project team
* Ensure timely and technically accurate execution of projects within our cost targets
* Handle material planning for projects, including scheduling, production support, and quality assurance
Your Profile:
* University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
* Professional experience in design and/or project management is desirable
* Proficient in MS Office
* Fluent English skills required; very good Spanish or French skills are a plus
* Independent working style, commitment, and team spirit
* Willingness to travel
