Job Description 1. Deep Subject‑Matter Content Development Dive deeply into food service equipment, spare parts, maintenance, usage, compatibility, and troubleshooting. Develop expert content such as: “How-to” explanations / content FAQs and problem‑solution content in‑depth guides maintenance and replacement guides buying and compatibility guides Translate technical knowledge into content that is: accurate understandable trustworthy structured 2. Collaboration with Experts This role acts as the bridge between technical expertise and digital discoverability. It works together closely with in‑house product experts, OEM owners and category managers sales and customer care our colleagues from PT UK and PTA, searching to re-use content within the group external OEM partners and experts 3. Content for Search & AI Answer Engines Create and optimize content for: classic search results featured snippets “People also ask” AI‑generated summaries (Google AI-overview, Copilot, assistants) Structure content according to SEO (and best-case GEO) principles so that machines can easily parse it, understand relationships and cite it reliably. This includes semantic structure, precise terminology, clear definitions, step‑by‑step logic, tables, bullet frameworks and comparisons. 4. SEO & Content Architecture (Content‑Driven) Build topic clusters and internal content ecosystems. Define content hierarchies (pillar pages, supporting pages). Collaborate with Technical SEO (E‑commerce team) to ensure content is indexable and reusable. Ensure consistency of terminology across content, product data, and microcopy. 5. Continuous Content Improvement Review and upgrade existing content Analyze performance signals (rankings, impressions, CTR, snippet inclusion). Experiment with formats that perform best in AI answers.
