Your tasks
* Documentation of the application landscape Recording and visualization of all applications, interfaces and dependencies including operator, license and support information
* Evaluation and KPIs Analysis of stability, scalability and maturity of the applications as well as definition of KPIs and service levels for performance measurement
* Ensuring the operation Operation and support for applications in purchasing, logistics, merchandise management, HR and finance, including incident, problem, change and release management
* Partner coordination & documentation Management of internal and external partners and maintenance of operational, service and emergency documentation
* Service catalog & SLA monitoring Development and maintenance of an application service catalog and monitoring of service quality and SLAs
* Optimization & consulting Initiating improvement measures and advising the specialist departments on service quality, release planning and lifecycle management
Your profile
* You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
* You have at least 5 years of professional experience in application management, service management or IT operations
* Sound knowledge of service management processes according to ITIL. A v4 certification is desirable
* Practice in managing application service providers and software providers
* Technical understanding of system architectures, data flows and interfaces
* Experience with ERP, merchandise management or SCM systems in retail or logistics
* Confident handling of ticket and monitoring tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI)
* You are characterized by your analytical, structured and strong implementation personality
* Very good German and English skills round off your profile
