Reporting directly to the CMO, you will lead a team of five senior professionals and collaborate closely with key stakeholders. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.WHAT YOU'LL DOlead and define Westwing’s brand strategy, ensuring a strong, coherent brand identity across all touchpointsdevelop and execute impactful brand awareness campaigns, enhancing brand perception and engagementidentify key opportunities to strengthen brand value and increase brand talkabilitybuild a robust Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) function to provide strategic direction and fuel brand growthdevelop a new media strategy and implement an effective media plan across all marketscreate and refine brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communication channelsestablish a compelling roadmap for brand partnerships and sponsorships, reinforcing Westwing’s premium positioningensure the continuous evolution of our brand and marketing approach in response to changing market conditions and consumer needsfoster a culture of creativity while maintaining strategic discipline, operational excellence and high performanceYOU COME WITH10+ years of experience in strategic and operational brand management, brand architecture, narrative development, and communication strategy for leading consumer brandsproven leadership experience, successfully managing and inspiring senior-level experts and teams paired with a passionate and empathetic and hands-on leadership stylestrong expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, and execution of media plansexperience in digital units or e-commerce is a strong advantagean entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think strategically while also being hands-ona visionary and proactive approach, with a strong ability to integrate new technologies, drive innovation, and effectively prioritise in a fast-paced environmentdeep enthusiasm for premium brands, particularly in design, fashion, beauty, and interiorsfluency in English (German would be a plus) paired with excellent communication skillsWHY WESTWINGAside from our awesome team and shared purpose we offer a variety of additional benefits.
