You lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and financial performance management. You deliver accurate month-end closing, management reporting and variance analysis. You provide actionable financial insights that influence commercial decisions. You drive profitability through pricing, margin analysis and cost optimization. You evaluate business cases, investments, and strategic opportunities. You ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, internal controls and audit requirements. You oversee project accounting, revenue recognition (incl. IFRS 15) and WIP monitoring. You support digitalisation and improvement of financial systems and processes. You lead and develop the Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and integrity. This is you You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar; a professional qualification is a plus. You bring substantial experience in controlling, FP&A or commercial finance in an international environment. You are fluent in English and confident working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage). You have strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and IFRS reporting. You combine analytical strength with business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You communicate clearly and can influence senior stakeholders with compelling financial insights.
