You’ll make an impact by You are responsible for sales strategy development in alignment with regions and PLM, you increase market transparency and market share and identify market opportunities and business development and their implementation. You develop new go-to-market concepts and digital transformation together with regions and PLM. You consolidate market requirements and customer feedback to PLM, SCM and Service for further portfolio development as well as process improvement. You are responsible for business reviews, you collaborate with regions (performance monitoring, reporting, forecasting and budget planning), develop measures and actions to reach the targets, and ensure data quality in our CRM Tools. You are responsible for pricing and approval management as well as pricing strategy and business model management. You coordinate and occasionally conduct customer visits and factory acceptance tests. Your defining qualities You have many years of experience and strong technical knowledge of protection and automation products as well as electrical power distribution systems and solutions. You have analytics skills to be able to analyze sales data, identify trends, uncover insights, and make data-driven recommendations. You can build strong relationships with internal teams and leadership, influence decisions, and gain agreement, and you like working in a global network and you have strong communication, teamwork, resilience, and social skills. You have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. You are fluent in English, German and other European language skills are an advantage. Willingness to travel to our regional teams to support and e.g. moderate workshops completes your profile.
