Your key responsibilities include:
7. Support the Bar Manager in leading and motivating the team
8. Ensure smooth service operations and compliance with Marriott standards
9. Responsible for ordering, stock management, and inventory following FiFo principles
10. Co-create bar menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings
11. Prepare duty and vacation schedules considering operational needs
12. Train and develop team members, including apprentices and interns
13. Maintain mise-en-place, cleanliness, music, lighting, and overall atmosphere
14. Provide personal guest service and handle complaints
15. Conduct safety briefings and ensure HACCP compliance
16. Participate in internal meetings, briefings, and trainings
Be able.
17. You’ve completed training in hospitality or gastronomy and gained leadership experience
18. You have strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, cigars, and wine
19. You speak fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
20. You’re organized, guest-focused, and a true team player
21. You have an eye for detail and a feel for atmosphere and guest needs
