Our German business is led by a team of highly experienced MDs focused on delivering advisory services across Restructuring, Debt Advisory, Deals and Value Creation. As a Manager in the Integration & Separation team, you will work with experienced colleagues to deliver multi‑stakeholder, international and domestic pre‑and post‑deal advisory engagements while also raising the profile of Interpath as a premier provider of Deals and Value Creation advisory services. The successful candidate will contribute to client‑facing teams and deliver a diverse range of projects involving pre‑ and post‑deal carve‑out, integration, operational value creation, performance improvement, cost optimisation and target operating models. They will offer direct assistance to companies undergoing transformation and directly impact the future success and further growth of these companies. Responsibilities will include: Working as part of a team to deliver pre‑ and post‑acquisition workstreams for leading Private Equity owned companies and Corporates to ensure deal targets are achieved Workstreams will include sell‑side and buy‑side operational due diligence, post‑merger integration/separation projects including performance improvement, cost reduction, revenue enhancement, Day‑1 readiness and 100‑day planning Executing & delivering robust methodologies to successfully impact results for clients and mitigate risks Wide‑ranging operational delivery responsibilities including working with operational specialists to successfully transform areas including sales, manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics, and purchasing Communicating with stakeholders to ensure key project milestones and deliverables are achieved Contributing to pitch documents and research for thought leadership documents for Private Equity and Corporates clients Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to their professional growth Requirements Strong academic record including previous experience at a leading advisory firm, a Big 4 or a company undergoing significant deals transformation activities Well‑developed financial and operational analytical skills and the ability to conduct deep‑dive analysis and build complex financial models and operational methodologies/approaches Previous experience in delivering deals transformation work pre & post deal and overall performance improvement consulting projects Strong interest in building a career in Advisory / Consulting within deals transformation, operational value creation, performance improvement or transformation Native or business‑fluent German & English (C1) is essential; additional European languages are highly desirable Professional, with the ability to engage effectively with clients in high‑pressure situations Flexibility to travel when required for client engagements Interpath in DACH Our benefits include regular health checks, eye tests, general disability insurance and life insurance.We care about your lifestyle too: our bike leasing scheme helps you stay mobile and eco‑friendly, while subsidised gym memberships – including access to EGYM Wellpass and Urban Sports Club – support your physical well‑being.
