Business Process Manager GBS (Finance)
Are you passionate about optimizing business processes and driving digital transformation in finance? For one of our clients' we're looking for a proactive and innovative Business Process Manager to join thier Global Business Services (GBS) team. In this key role, you will design, implement, and optimize finance and accounting processes, leveraging the latest technologies and tools to deliver impactful solutions.
Deliverables:
* Lead Process Innovation: Design and implement new finance and accounting processes, and continuously improve existing ones, including interfaces and responsibilities.
* Project Management: Independently manage sub-projects, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and successful project delivery.
* Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze, document, and optimize business processes, focusing on efficiency and automation.
* SAP FI Module Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for the SAP FI module within the finance department, collaborating closely with IT.
* Dashboard Development: Create and enhance dashboards using Qlik Sense or Power BI, and develop detailed specifications and requirements.
* Digitalization & Automation: Drive the introduction and ongoing optimization of systems, processes, and reporting tools, including the use of RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
* Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions and comprehensive documentation to ensure smooth project adoption.
* S4Hana Transition: Contribute to the migration process to S4Hana in the FI/CO domain at the project’s conclusion.
Requirements:
* Educational Background: Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field. Additional SAP or web application qualifications are a plus.
* Professional Experience: Several years in business process or application management, ideally with consulting experience (management, IT, or process consulting).
* Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex systems and processes into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
* Finance & Controlling Expertise: Strong knowledge of finance and controlling processes, with hands-on SAP FI/CO experience.
* SAP Integration: Familiarity with SAP modules (PP, WM, MM, SD) and their integration with FI/CO.
* Project Delivery: Proven track record in designing and implementing SAP projects and related solutions.
* Process Modeling: Experience with tools such as MS Visio or ARIS.
* Digital Transformation: Experience in automating and digitalizing processes using RPA.
* Tech Savvy: Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote).
