Driving the development of utility-scale battery storage (BESS), wind, solar, and hybrid projects
Leading projects through permitting and grid processes to Ready-to-Build stage
Supporting project economics, commercial viability, and procurement activities
Supporting M&A activities and evaluating acquisition opportunities
Playing an active role in shaping the company’s German market strategy
4+ years’ experience in renewable energy project development (IPP, developer, or grid operator)
~ Strong exposure to German permitting and infrastructure planning processes
~ Background in BESS, solar, or wind development (battery storage experience is a strong advantage)
~ Commercial mindset with exposure to project economics and deal structuring
~ Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with the ability to operate in a lean environment
~ Strong stakeholder management skills across public and private sectors
~ Fluent in German and English
