Your Tasks

* Develop and implement the strategic direction for hotel revenue, with a particular focus on maximizing room revenue
* Prepare day-by-day forecasts and budgets, making tactical decisions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to achieve optimal revenue
* Establish and monitor the pricing matrix based on market insights across all business segments, ensuring accurate representation across all distribution channels
* Oversee room inventory across all systems in alignment with revenue strategies and communicate "need" periods to Sales & Marketing
* Continuously analyze results based on budgets, forecasts, and market share reports, providing strategic commentary and recommendations
* Work closely with other departments on group rate quotations and regularly communicate strategies, tactics, results, and emerging trends


Your Profile

* Degree from a hotel management school; additional certification in Revenue Management is preferred
* At least three years of experience in hotel revenue management
* Strong understanding of pricing strategies, demand patterns, and revenue optimization techniques
* Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting tools, and market performance evaluation
* Ability to effectively communicate revenue strategies across multiple departments
