Field Service Technician (m/f)
Responsibilities
* Performing maintenance and repair work on dental milling machine systems for the manufacture of dental prostheses
* Minor repairs and replacement of components and wear parts
* Technical support by telephone and email (from home office or on site)
* Close cooperation with the service and pre- and after-sales support team, as well as careful documentation of assignments and work
* The area of operation depends on the location of the new colleague (m/f) and will be determined individually and in consultation
Profile of requirements
* Completed training in electrical engineering or a comparable technical degree
* Experience with dental milling machines desirable
* Technical understanding and interest as well as the desire for further development
* Willingness to travel from Monday to Thursday
* Mainly within the defined region
* Optionally also throughout Germany or worldwide
* Good written and spoken German and English skills
* Customer focus and communication skills
* Independence, initiative, and organizational skills
* Class B driver's license
