Project Engineering Manager (Wet, Dry & Retort) - Rayong Factory
3+ years of working experience in project or process management, prefer direct experience in production of Wet, Dry & Retort process
Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including maintenance budget preparation and control (preferably including exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution)
Participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s)(preferably including industrial services supply)
Preparation of a major CAPEX project submission.
Definitions of roles and responsibilities within a project team (resource management)
Ensure that all assets are well designed and meet the business requirements through applying new technologies, proven principles, thorough design reviews and basic engineering.
~ Support Value Engineering Analysis (VEA)
Ensure that the scope, deliverables, performance and milestones are clearly detailed and agreed up front when working with external engineering services, contractors, suppliers etc.
Prepare a project progress report on a monthly basis.
Start-up/close out phase:
Ensure that the project scope is fulfilled and in line with the client's expectations.
Ensure that the operating, maintenance and cleaning staff is effectively trained and that the equipment handing over to the client is both smooth and efficient.
Ensure that the client gets a comprehensive project file with all the necessary drawings, manuals, certificates, updated asset register, etc., in including the final project report.
5+ years experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Project Engineer or Project Manager, M&I or equivalent positions)
~ Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical Engineer
~ Proficient level of communication in English
