Your tasks
9. Ensuring the operation of IT infrastructures and providing second-level support in the event of faults and service requests.
10. Administration and support of complex IT infrastructure and application systems with a focus on the network, data center and workplace
11. Management and optimization of complex IT services
12. Development of standard services for provision in the self-service portal and first-level support
13. Participation in (small and medium-sized) complex IT projects and implementation of changes in accordance with ITIL processes
14. Ensuring the IT service quality of simple IT services
15. Creating technical specifications, operating documentation and instructions in German and English
16. Processing and rectifying faults with the help of diagnostic systems, system literature and second-level research
Your profile
17. Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
18. First professional experience in the administration of complex IT infrastructures
19. Knowledge in the provision and monitoring of complex IT services
20. Good knowledge of IT infrastructure systems (network, data center, workplace)
21. Technical understanding
22. Certification in IT service management (e.g. ITIL)
23. Customer and solution-oriented approach
24. Communication and interface skills
25. Willingness to learn and train and ability to innovate
